Henna for Hair Care
Henna had been a regime for hair since the early times. It is not only used by people for hair coloring but also for hair conditioning. It is also used in dying wool, leather, fingernails, and skin. Temporary henna tattoos are also made out of henna.
Henna comes from a flowering plant and there are two types of it. The first type is used to get a black dye effect while the second type shows a red dye effect. Henna may come in powder form and paste form that can be applied on hair as well as other body regions.
Using Henna Benefits
Henna for hair care is all safe and natural especially as a hair dye since it does not contain harsh chemicals. It is a better alternative over those commercial dye products that contain chemicals or bleach. If the purpose on the use of henna is for hair loss then use those henna products for hair growth instead. Such products should be used in about 2-3 times every month in order to achieve desired results.
Apart from using henna for hair coloring, it can also help in making hair longer and prevent hair loss. For red dye coloring and the natural red shade of the henna do not satisfy you then add one spoon of coffee in making the henna paste before applying it on the hair. The coffee will give a much darker brown color to the hair.
